The testing of the unified communication platform showed promising results. However, since various teams at Indeed continue using different platforms for communication, our next focus is on integrating these systems for a more cohesive experience. Additionally, we're expanding the platform's scope beyond email to include other forms of communication like mobile push notifications and SMS, aiming for a comprehensive communication solution that caters to diverse needs and enhances overall strategy and cost-efficiency.
